Conditioning is essential to becoming a better athlete and to living a better life. Simply lifting weights isn’t enough. You can have a rock hard six pack or pecs like Arnold Swartzinegger but that won’t mean you are a conditioned athlete. You have to do more than condition your muscles, you must also condition your heart and mind.

The conditioning program designed for all our classes incorporate sport-specific warm ups, cool downs, interval training, plyometrics, body weight conditioning and stretching routines. Aside from sharpening and developing technical tools, you will increase cardiovascular health, muscle tone, core strength, flexibility, self-esteem, self-confidence and above all else have fun during class.
